Data Responsibility
KOSMILE does not store, manage, or back up your photos or personal data. All images and records remain on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up and restoring your data. KOSMILE is not liable for any data loss, deletion, or failure to back up.
With Premium, you unlock the full power of KOSMILE:

Yes—7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before it ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and you’ll be charged.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
On iOS (Apple):
1. Open Settings > Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions
2. Select KOSMILE > Cancel Subscription
On Android (Google Play):
1. Open Google Play > Tap your profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
2. Select KOSMILE > Cancel Subscription
You’ll keep Premium until the current billing period ends.
Your app store may retry the charge. If unsuccessful, Premium features will stop until payment is restored.
If I cancel, what happens to my data?
• Premium-only features (Beauty Report, Lip/Smile Proportion Analysis, Cosmetic Recommendations, Ortho Tracker, Whitening Videos, Advanced Analytics) become unavailable.
• Subscriber-only data is hidden while inactive but may reappear if you resubscribe.
• Your photos and records remain on your device. KOSMILE does not store or back up your images or data—you are responsible for backing up and restoring them if needed.
1. Sign in with the same app-store account used to subscribe.
2. Open KOSMILE > Profile/Settings > Restore Purchase (if available).
3. If you’ve reached the device limit, cancel on the old device and resubscribe.
We store only what’s needed:
•Email, screen name, gender
•Your calculated scores/recommendations (Smile Score, Harmony Score, lipstick/foundation suggestions, facial proportion data)

All billing is handled securely by your app store:
•Apple App Store (iOS)
•Google Play Store (Android)
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Plan changes are managed through your App Store/Google Play settings. Rules (like proration) depend on your region and store.
Premium is linked to one device per app-store account.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or your app store’s refund policy.
• Apple: Request via Report a Problem or Apple Support.
• Google Play: Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History or contact Google Support.
Yes—we may update Premium to improve the service. Any major changes will be shown in-app and/or in our Terms.
In-app: Profile > Privacy > Export Data → Instantly download a ZIP (CSV/JSON).
No—student or organizational discounts are not currently available.
